Gianfranco Moroldo (1927 – 2001) was a photo reporter and photographer. Moroldo worked for most of his career with the newspaper l’Europeo, and he became famous for producing photo reportages of great emotional impact. He came to be identified in Italy as the photographic narrator of the Vietnam conflict, but he also reported on numerous other conflicts and natural disasters, including the Terremoto del Belice in Sicily.
